Jack Ramm has represented prizewinning and bestselling authors in fiction and nonfiction. His clients include Daniel Wiles, who won the Betty Trask Prize for Fiction 2023, Lucy Burns, shortlisted for The Times’ Young Writer of the Year Award, and Ben Ansell, the 2023 BBC Reith Lecturer.
Ramm graduated from the University of East Anglia with a BA in American Literature and Creative Writing. During his degree, he attended the University of California Santa Cruz on exchange. After graduating, he worked at The Eve White Literary Agency in London, first as an assistant, and later as an agent. Following this, he worked at Viking, Penguin Random House as an nonfiction commissioning editor, before starting his own business, Ramm Studios, in 2019.
He joined Aevitas Creative UK in 2024. He loves big ideas in the humanities and sciences, books by people whose expertise lays a claim on our attention, and novelists that can balance style with story.
