Prior to working at Simon & Schuster, Kasey was the Associate Director of Business Affairs at a major New York literary agency, where she worked with over ten literary agents reviewing and negotiating book publishing agreements, audio publishing agreements, publishing agreements with British and foreign language publishers, first serial licenses, film agreements, and author-writer collaboration agreements.
