Born and currently living in Nashville, TN, Arnold Myint spent the majority of his childhood climbing 100 lb rice bags at his parents’ market and traveling to their homeland of South East Asia for summer break. Having toured as a competitive and professional ice skater, attended the Institute of Culinary Education, worked in Jean Georges Vongerichten’s culinary empire, and competed on “Top Chef” and “Food Network Star,” Arnold is now the chef/owner/partner of three restaurants, including his parents’ International Market.
