Ludwig Hurtado is a writer, editor, and documentarian. In addition to his work at the Nation and NBC News, he hosts the Food Futures podcast from MOLD Magazine, wherein he tackles some of today’s most pressing questions about the way we eat and our role in the foodways we engage with.
